Endless Possibilities

The Universe is all there is in the world it is the entirety of what we live in; Specifically what our planet is located in.  There are endless possibilities of what could be out there.  There are planets, stars, meteors, black holes, other galaxies.  It would take us longer than a lifetime to ever reach even a tiny fraction of what is out there.  We are only able to explore so far so it leaves a lot of unknown.  The earth is full of resources and becoming increasingly more populated which means the more people the less space and the faster we will use up the resources our planet has provided for us.  This leaves us in search of another life sustaining planet.  We would never know if there is other life out there because of the amount of space there is between us and other parts of the universe.  The universe is endless and infinite.  We study it, we research it, and we document about it but we will never fully know everything about the universe we live in.  I think the most interesting thing we are doing now regarding the universe is the trip to mars that is being auctioned off to the highest bidders.  The trip itself would be very interesting.  These people are astronauts but the thing I found most intriguing was that these people are paying millions of dollars to never come back to earth.  The trip is one way which to me would be the most frightening thing to me. I don't see the reward in going to Mars and ever coming back.   The idea is we need a new place to continue on the human race.
