When first opening the book Quiet I had no idea what to expect. However, after readings the pages assigned to us I found myself really drawn the book and I ended up reading the whole thing. I found it all really interesting. It really fascinated me how it showed just how unique and detailed both extroverts and introverts are. I also really liked how it exposed how it really doesn't matter what you are and how both have unique strengths and weaknesses.
I also liked just how the book opened my eyes personally to my own personality and how it defends some of the things I do. An example of this would be how I have always been a more to myself type of guy and I really don't like going out much at all. During my time in school I get hated on constantly for being this way, but really since I am an introvert I really need that extra time to myself to be fully charged and energized for the day.
I thought it was things like these that the book really helped me with and just overall I thought it was well put together and I am really looking forward to future readings in the class as well.
I agree that reading Quiet interested me as well and I too didn't know what to expect with it. I myself am more of an extrovert, so I tend to be more outgoing when it comes to socializing. So, it was difficult for me to really put myself in your shoes with you not liking to go out. My friend is more of an introvert and she has told me that it helps her to have an extrovert friend to help her break out of her shell so to speak. Maybe that would help you as well? Overall I like how you put your blog in paragraphs it made it easier to follow. I also thought your title was creative. The only thing I had trouble with were some grammar and spelling errors in your writing. Overall great job though!
