Reflection

J.K. Rowling's Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was the first book of what would become one of the greatest book series ever created. Rowling's does a good job of exposing many of the characteristics his characters have as the story progresses. Really all three of the main characters start out completely different then how the story ends. While they are all intriguing characters, the one that has to stand out the most is obviously Harry Potter. Harry starts out in the beginning of the book as a rather quiet and timid boy, but by the end of this story Harry begins to come out of his shell. This is do to Harry's overlooked trait of determination. While he goes through struggles and is even picked on at times, Harry recognizes he is their for a bigger purpose and that he must get down to what his true purpose in Hogwarts really is.
